\n<\/b><\/span>For the fulfillment of the purposes set out below, the Controller may come into contact with personal data, including, by way of example, first and last name, e-mail or PEC address, telephone number, fax number, as well as business, banking, financial and insurance data.<\/p>\nPURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS<\/b><\/p>\n
The Data will be processed:<\/p>\n
(a) for the performance of contracts to which the Partner is a party or for the adoption of pre-contractual measures taken at the Partner’s request;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nb) to comply with legal obligations to which the Controller is subject;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nc) for the establishment, exercise or defense of a right in court.<\/p>\n
The processing of the Data for the purpose sub a) does not require the Partner’s consent as the processing is necessary for the performance of contracts to which the Partner is a party or for the adoption of pre-contractual measures taken at the Partner’s request, pursuant to Art. 6, c. 1, letter b) of the GDPR. The processing of Data for the purpose sub b) does not require the Partner’s consent as it is necessary to fulfill legal obligations to which the Controller is subject, pursuant to Art. 6, c. 1, lett. c) of the GDPR. The processing of Data for the purposes sub c) does not require the Partner’s consent as it is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Controller, pursuant to Art. 6, c. 1, lett. f) of the GDPR. The provision of Data for the above purposes is optional, but necessary for the purposes of their fulfillment. In all these cases, failure to provide the Data will result in the inability of the Data Controller to establish business relationships with the Partner.<\/p>\n
RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\nThe data will be processed exclusively by the internal staff in charge and by the collaborators or companies that the Data Controller uses for the provision of its services, who will act, as the case may be, as data controllers, in accordance with Article 28 GDPR, or as autonomous data controllers. Communication to third parties is not envisaged except in cases where there is a legal obligation or in case it is necessary to exercise or defend a right of Fabrica in or out of court.<\/p>\n
MODE OF TREATMENT
\n<\/b><\/span>The processing will be carried out mainly in electronic and occasionally on paper, with logic strictly related to institutional purposes, so as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.<\/p>\nDATA TRANSFER\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\nData are not handled or disseminated or transferred outside the European Union.<\/p>\n
DURATION<\/b><\/p>\n
The data will be processed for as long as the relationship with the Partner is active and, following the notification of the termination of the relationship, will be stored in accordance with the regulations on the preservation of administrative records and, in any case, for a period not exceeding 10 years. In the event of storage for statistical purposes, the data will be anonymized.<\/p>\n
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT<\/b><\/p>\n
The Data Subject may exercise the rights set forth in Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, where applicable, including the right to obtain information on what data is processed by the data controller (right of information), the right to request and obtain in an intelligible form the data held by the data controller (right of access), the right to obtain the updating or rectification of the data provided, the right to obtain the deletion or exercise opposition to the processing in whole or in part, the right to withdraw consent at any time, the right to object to automated processing and not to be subjected to processing based exclusively on automated decisions including profiling, the right to request and obtain transformation of data into anonymous form, the right to request and obtain the blocking or restriction of data processed in violation of the law and those whose storage is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes of processing, the right to data portability.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nThe appropriate petition may be submitted by ordinary mail addressed to Fabrica, Consorzio per la Cooperazione e la Solidariet\u00e0 – ScS, – Via Valdipesa, 1 Florence, or by e-mail communication by writing to privacy@consorziofabrica.org<\/a>.\u00a0 <\/span>If you believe that the processing of your Personal Data is contrary to the legislation in force, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Control Authority (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data), pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation.<\/p>\nAMENDMENTS TO THIS POLICY<\/b><\/p>\n
