\nCATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING<\/b><\/p>\n

Within this site are collected:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

– navigation data: the latter are nothing more than information processed by computer systems and software procedures that are used for the normal operation of this site and which by their very nature could allow users to be identified through certain processing. Information such as the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI\/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier\/Locator) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment are part of this category of data.\u00a0 <\/span>These data are collected to obtain statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors per time slot or daily, geographical areas of origin, etc.) as well as to check the proper functioning of the services offered.<\/p>\n

– data voluntarily provided by users through the form\/form on the site: belong to this category of data, for example, first name, last name, date of birth, residential address, cell phone number. Data voluntarily communicated by users will be processed exclusively for the purpose for which they are communicated. Such data may be disclosed to third parties only if it is necessary to comply with the requests of the users and\/or visitors themselves.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

– Finally, this site uses so-called cookies: cookies are small text strings that contain the user’s data and that are stored and then retransmitted to the same site in case of the next visit of the same user. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The purposes and related legal bases for the types of data processing listed above are as follows:<\/p>\n

– to ensure the proper functioning of the site (legal basis: art. 6 par. 1 lett. f) GDPR);<\/p>\n

– for the performance of obligations arising from contracts entered into with the Data Controller, or, prior to the conclusion of the contract, fulfillment of specific requests of the Data Subject and various pre-contractual activities (legal basis: art. 6 par. 1 lett. b) GDPR);<\/p>\n

CONTROLLERS AND PROCESSORS<\/b><\/p>\n

The personal data collected are processed by employees acting as \u201cdata processors\u201d, who are subject to specific instructions given by the Data Controller itself, and by collaborators or companies that the Data Controller uses for the provision of its services, as appropriate appointed as data processors. The processed data may also be communicated to subjects, entities or authorities as a result of legal provisions or orders of the same for the purpose of control or in case it is necessary to exercise or defend a right of Fabrica in judicial or extrajudicial proceedings.<\/p>\n

MODE OF TREATMENT<\/b><\/p>\n

Processing will be carried out primarily in electronic and occasionally on paper, with logic strictly related to institutional purposes and in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The data will be processed for as long as the relationship with the data subject is active and, after notification of termination of the relationship, will be stored in accordance with current regulations.
